LIFECYCLE PROGRAM GUIDELINES

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Photos of the tree(s) and species, if known
Your Address
Diameter of the tree(s) at chest height (DBH)
Video/Pictures of access from the trees to the street
A photo with someone standing next to the tree(s) and that person's height (to help estimate lengths)
Inspirational or reference photos of what you'd like to create with general dimensions in height/thickness, width, length
Desired timeline (Our lead times are 12-16 weeks to allow for kiln drying time & carpentry)

HOW IT WORKS

Based on the photos, we'll create a cut diagram to guide the tree service in removing the tree's components for optimal milling, if it hasn’t already been removed
We'll also provide a preliminary yield analysis, estimating how much wood you can expect based on different dimension cuts
You can select what item you would like to manufacture from a set of pre-designed end products that we can offer in-house
If you would prefer a custom or unique design, we can mill and kiln-dry the lumber and refer you to local makers
Once the milling cuts are finalized, we will confirm the total project cost. After your approval, we will request a 50% deposit for orders to initiate log recovery and queue for production.
